STRESS "The disease in our days"

The meaning of stress is tiredness and is a physiological reaction of the organism to face the difficult situations in life.

Is a natural response of our body that is necesary to survive. If there is too much stress in a person he or she will be overstressed and they can fall in serious illness and the body will not funcion very well.


The main symptoms of stress are:
  • Tiredness
  • Appetite loss
  • Weight loss
  • Forgetfulness
  • Mood changes
  • Anxiety
  • Lack of concentration
But if you don´t go to the doctor your body can react with other maladies such as

  • Thrombosis
  • Depression
  • Immunedeficiency
  • Muscle aches
  • Imsomnia
  • Diabetes
SOLUTIONS TO STRESS
  • Exercise
  • Practice a sport
  • Breathing exercises
  • Chewing gum ( Research by Northwestern University)

Stress is a big issue in our times... difficult to avoid or handle

but, you know?, there´s a good option... meditation

all activities that make us feel integrated to nature will help big time to reduce, if not eliminate stress.

I think that all of us should know how deal with stress because not all have a high stress threshold. And I agree with the teacher: meditation is a good and practical option to reduce our levels of stress......Very good =) \m/

Sometimes we are working, or studing many hours in the day, that our life is turned mechanical, and the only thing in your mind is the next day and don´t enjoy the time are you living.
I know that we must take care with ourself and relax. I´ll try!!

I think the stress is more frequent now because the people have a fast rhythm of life and live very preoccupied by the job, school, family, money and few ocassions the people have time to relax.

I believe that it depends on the style of life of each person, but believe that everything can be cured maybe joking a little and to laugh they say that the laughter is the best medicine so..... Why So SeRiOuS?????

Well...nowadays I think is a very important topic because everybody is going to get grazy and sometimes we forget the healthy so is dificult to know that people prefer money instead of life...and it is wonderful that you can be healthy while you are chewing gum...

unfortunately in a city as chaotic as the Mexico City is difficult to have a quiet lifestyle but certainly we must maintain a balance in our stressed lives, how difficult it may seem, we must find some time to relax.
