Bazaar Fusion

I would like to talk about the Bazaar Fusion (Art and design 100% made in México). This Bazaar is held each year in June in Plaza Luis Cabrera, Colonia Roma. In this Bazaar we can find many things like shoes, clothes, ceramic, many recycled items and some other strange things. This Bazaar is very interesting because the artisans don´t use typical materials to make things like PITAS (organic pair of slippers) they are made with natural fibers of maguey, the result is this confortable and beauty pair of slippers.

We also find lamps, magazine holders, baskets and lots of decorative items with just one material: plastic tissue. Finally another stand that I like was Upalalá, in this stand we find things for babies like a diaper bag to store diapers and wipes, a bib, a pacifier holder, etc. What I liked the most was that the design. As I said all things are made in México, I think is very important to know about new crafts and go to these bazaars where we can always find something interesting.

First I want to tell that I am in love with those slippers!!! they are so cute, point #1 (number one): they look so comfortable, point #2 (number two): are made in Mexico, point #3 (number three): they are made with natural fibers, and point #4 (number four): Aketzali you must take me to that bazaar jeje..

I do like that kind of crafts, not only ´cause they are cute, also ´cause is an alternative for mexican industry as if to preserve mexican craft, as if due to mexican citizens economy, and implicity can help to the environment (which actually is one of the most seriously affected by climate change).

So I think those innovative products may be helpful to try to not generate as much pollution as people still generating.

It´s an interesting subject.
